Some states require us to get your affirmative consent to share information with unaffiliated third parties. If you live in one of these states, and your representative gives us notice of an anticipated change in brokerage firms, we will contact with instructions on how you can give your consent. Your representative’s continued use of your transferred  information will be subject to the new firm’s privacy policy.
If you hold a policy or account jointly with someone else, we will accept instructions from either of you, and apply them to the entire policy or account.

Accessing and Correcting Your Information
You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we have about you. Generally, we will provide it as long as it is reasonably retrievable and within our control. You must make your request in writing listing the account or policy numbers with the information you want to access.
